SIM3D Rumbler, Wind, and Seat Kit Troubleshooting
Please use the setup guidance and troubleshooting below to resolve the following issues with SIM3D Rumblers, Wind, and Seat Kits.
- Sim Racing Studio does not detect the SIM3D kit
- Using more than two SIM3D kits with Sim Racing Studio
Sim Racing Studio does not detect the SIM3D kit
If Sim Racing Studio is unable to detect the SIM3D Rumblers, Wind, or Seat Kit, ensure you have the correct model of SIM3D box (3 port or 4 port) selected in the SETUP page of Sim Racing Studio in the SIM3D section.
Using more than two SIM3D kits with Sim Racing Studio
Sim Racing Studio only supports two SIM3D products at a time into a single box. Please only purchase two SIM3D licenses (Shake, Wind, or Seat) from Sim Racing Studio. If you have three SIM3D devices, please contact SIM3D for assistance: https://www.sim-3d.co.uk/contact-us
